Breakfast

Not that I wouldn't eat this food when I'm not pregnant, but I feel it is extra important to get a variety of nutrients for breakfast after a whole night of fasting. Breakfast = BREAK fast, like break the fast! Get it ! I didn't realize that until recently. I got my chia seeds (fiber), cottage cheese (protein) on whole grain toast (some more fiber!!), some fruit (carbs and vitamins), and my vitamins! Usually I try not to eat to much fruit and more veggies, but with the baby I can splurge a little! I would love to see your breakfasts too!
